  • We will represent our employees, business partners, and owners in a positive manner

  • We will embrace diversity in the workplace

  • We will strive to understand and minimize the impact on the environment that our actions may have

Courage

  • We will strive to do what is right, even when to do so may be uncomfortable

  • We will welcome healthy conflict

  • We will take calculated risks

Honesty

  • We will be honest in word and action, because honesty builds trust

  • We will be open and transparent, and act with integrity

  • We will ensure that employees, business partners, and owners have a clear understanding of contractual arrangements

Wisdom

  • We will use and spend our resources wisely

  • We will learn from our mistakes

  • We will strive to have a clear understanding of our purpose, the expectations of our owners and business partners, and our limitations
